 1. Payment & Refund Policy

Membership Dues:

– Annual membership dues are payable by the third Wednesday in January each year.

– Members will receive an invoice 30 days prior to the due date.

Refund Policy:

– Membership dues are non-refundable.

– Event and class registration fees are refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the event. A processing fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund.

– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

2. Member Agreement

As a member of the REALTOR® Association, you agree to:

– Abide by the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics.

– Maintain active licensure and provide proof upon request.

– Participate in mandatory continuing education as required.

– Uphold the reputation and integrity of the real estate profession.

– Pay dues and fees promptly as outlined in the Payment & Refund Policy.

3. MLS Agreement

Access and Use:

– MLS access is granted to members in good standing.

– Use of MLS data is restricted to professional purposes related to real estate transactions.

– Sharing MLS access credentials is strictly prohibited.

Data Integrity:

– Members must follow all PACMLS Rules and Regulations.

– False or misleading information is subject to disciplinary action.

Compliance:

– Adherence to MLS rules and regulations is mandatory.

– Violations may result in fines, suspension, or termination of MLS access.

4. Events/Class Policy

Registration:

– Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

– Payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot.

Cancellation and Refunds:

– Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee.

– No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

Attendance:

– Attendees must sign in to receive credit for continuing education courses.

– Certificates of completion will be issued within 14 days after the event.

 5. Unreported Licensee FAQ

What is an unreported licensee?

– An unreported licensee is a real estate professional affiliated with a member firm but not reported to the Association as required.

Why is reporting licensees important?

– Accurate reporting ensures compliance with association bylaws and proper assessment of dues and fees.

What are the consequences of not reporting licensees?

– Failure to report may result in fines, suspension of membership privileges, or other disciplinary actions.
